Poste : Main Tasks & Responsibilities:· Data Analysis / testingo The Business Analyst is responsible for translating business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable requirements that can be effectively implemented by the CRMA development team.o The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are properly captured, documented, prioritized, and validated.o This includes analyzing existing processes, defining data and reporting needs, creating functional specifications, and supporting the development lifecycle to ensure solutions deliver the expected business value.o The person would also be responsible for running tests with the Business, ensuring the users are comfortable with the development release.Personal Attributes:· Self-management and proactivity· Problem-solver attitude by seeking collaboration and teamwork· Customer Orientation with excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills· Accuracy and attention to detail· Ability to manage confidentiality· Ability to communicate complex situations in a simple way and easy to understand for key stakeholdersProfessional & Leadership Experience: (Previous experience in terms of time and complexity)· Minimum 3 years of experience in a position with comparable complexity· Good level of understanding of IT development best practices and Agile methodologyEducation & Training· Good to excellent command of English.
