Your responsibilities will span various crucial areas: Overseeing all agency operations, from sales and marketing to client service and claims management. Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Managing and motivating a team of insurance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities. Profil recherché : A university degree at Bac +4 level is required, ideally with a specialization in Assurance métiers de l. A minimum of 20 years of experience in the insurance sector is essential, with proven experience in management or leadership roles. We are looking for a candidate with: Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of the insurance market and products. Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. A proactive approach and a strong sense of responsibility.
