Poste :
Join our team as a Senior Customer Service Representative in the IT Information Technology sector!
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Your main objectives will include:
Managing customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
Resolving customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Identifying and implementing solutions to improve customer satisfaction
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, your tasks will include:
Handling incoming customer calls and emails
Providing product information, troubleshooting, and technical support
Processing orders and returns
Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Profil recherché :
We are looking for candidates with a minimum education level of Bac in Order Management/Customer Care, Telecom/Networks, or related fields.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good in French language.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy
Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
